User selectable templates for blog pages

Is there an easy way to offer your users a user-selectable library of templates from where they can edit/alter the appearance of their blog pages with vblog? Is there another path to take to offer this functionality? Thank you.

Also- is it possible to allow them to upload their logo to their blog template?
