Child Threads

I'm interested in this idea and i was wondering if this mod has been created, but is there a possible child thread mod. The idea is to allow a user to post but have child threads so it can contain seperate information...e.g.

Title: Some Game

Quote:

(an index of the child threads would be indexed here)

Introduction
Story
Characters
Media
Credits

Each area would take you to that child thread.
