vBulletin and PhotoPost Integration navbar link url issue

I have a similar question regarding the navbar integration. I had to manually edit my navbar template in order to add a link to the gallery, though I selected vB3 when I installed PhotoPost. But, that is for a different thread...

The specific question I have is that I'd like the navbar to display "Gallery" when in the forums and "Forums" when in the gallery, in order to reduce the number of links I need. Right now, they are both hard-coded over at http://vwnavi.com/forums/ and http://vwnavi.com/gallery/

Any suggestions?
