Problems smf->vb users

Well, the problem is that i migrated from SMF to Vbulletin with Impex, and all the users, when they try to login, the forum says that "Day the ban will be lifted: Never", and when you go to their account information, it says "COPPA ", and i have to change all the users one per one to regitered users, and when you try see all the COPPA users, no one appears there.
I have 800 registered users, and i want to put all of them to regitered users, but i don't know how to do it.

When you go to memberlist, you see only the users that you changed the account information fo registered users.

Can you help me? this is a very big problem
