Problem displaying image

i have a problem when i am trying to display an linked image in my post this is the image

http://ia.imdb.com/media/imdb/01/I/53/25/23/10m.jpg

but it works when you link direct to it ? any ideas.

sometimes the image shows up then it does not is there any soft of mod to grab it and upload it to my database.
