Need Help

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/rjd1990/public_html/Forum/includes/functions.php(1002) : eval()'d code on line 2

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.

Yeah so i'm getting that error on my forums, and was wondering if anyone knew why. functions.php is the original file, as of i did not alter it at all.
