Sub Forum Page

Probably a simple question, but how do we create additional "sub forum" pages. If I'm not using the right term, I am referring to like the FAQ pages of the forum, how they are on different pages from the actual forum main, or forums under forum categories, yet contain all the charecteristics of the style on that page.

If there is a guide anywhere on how to do it, please link otherwise any help is appreciated.
