small file to view statistics (can you help me) ?

Hi,

i need a (php) file that is view the statistics of my forum (i use vBulletin script)

For example - name of the file is (stat.php)
i upload the (stat.php) to (forum folder .. i.e: vb)
Then i open the file from (internet explorer)
http://www.name.com/vb/stats.php

and the result is the number of (Threads) , (Posts) and (Members) in my forum- like this:
Threads = ( )
Posts = ( )
Members = ( )

With-out use the templates

I know there is statistics in my forum already
But i need this file to university and i will not use it in my forum

So, i hope you can help me
