Link usergroup to rep

Hi,

I want to encourage people to earn +rep and to do that I want to make it so that they get new features as their rep increases. I figure the easiest way to do it is to make their usergroup automatically change as their rep passes certain threshold values.

Does anyone know if there is a mod to do this? If not how hard would it be to code?
