Exactly which is why I am posting here, I need someone who can write / edit the code to do these things. I am looking for someone that would do it as contractor.
I spoke with someone at VBulletin.com yesterday and he said it would take about a day to write the code. He also said someone would have to create a new table in the data base and essentially any new information would be defaulted to an No state.
He also said you could potentially use PHP developer and robust vBulletin API to create a simple application that requires a moderator to switch the state from No to Yes. Yes being that is has been moderated.
We are willing to pay a developer to help us out here.
