Make first style

Hello every1!

I got some newbie questions. They could be silly for you all but I'd like to know

What should I start to make my first vBulletin style? Should I modify default style? OR should I use something different?

In the source generated by vB there's div called Content Container. Where can I edit it?

In my life I made some websites but never used vBulletin.

Every suggestions will be apreciated!
