Certain words generate small mouseover advertisement

My client is wanting to do something like is done with ContentLink (check out the homepage of linuxquestions.org to see what I'm talking about)

Basically, certain words will become links that, when moused over, will generate a small HTML/JS tooltip with an advertisement

The client wants to be able to define the words that become links, what the words link to, and the description that appears in the tooltip.

Is there a mod out there that accomplishes this, or something close to it, already?
