Avatars/Signatures not displaying

I just started my new forum fresh, but for some reason users can't use an avatar. All they have is this:

And [img] tags don't work in signatures either. I've enabled bbcode, and avatars are enabled, so what could be causing this problem?

Nevermind, I figured it out.
