Guys, Girls

I need some help please.

I run a sexy vb clan website if I do say so myself.

I'm looking to add a page which allows users to choose between 2 armies.

So theyll be 2 images which users can click on, Army A or Army B.

Once they have chosen I want them to be automatically added to a usergroup A or B.

Can someone please help me with how I would go about the auto addition to an army/usergroup.

Huge thanks in advance to anyone who can help or point me to a mod that may help me in coding this.
