User Created Forums

Hi,

I too am looking at the possibility of adding a voluntary subscription service to my forums. I have seen several people mention the hacks they would like premium members to have, however one I have not seen is allowing members to create their own forums.

I am aware of the potential security/spamming possibilities if members could create forums on the fly. However, would it be possible to create a hack that allows these premium members to setup a forum, but not for the forum to actually be created until it has been authorized by a moderator/administrator? I think it would also be very cool if the premium member had control over the colours used within their forum, so that they can individualise it.

I would be prepared to pay a few $$ to anyone who created such a script... especially if it was integrated into a hack offering the other mentioned features for paying members.
