AntiPredator System

We are building a new site. This site will attract primarily kids. It's inevitable this will also attract certain types of predators. Old men looking for underage girls, etc. Our aim is to make this safe as antipredator as possible. I realize that the law & media seems to be on this anti-predator kick right now, and most of it is really BS, but there's a reason for this request. Our main business deals a lot with various medical & law emergencies services as well as schools. Monkey see monkey do, they are going to expect the same from a kid site which they may be promoting.

I have no clue how you will accomplish this. The hack needs to somehow monitor posts & pm's by users? I dont know. Perhaps check their username as banned on other forums? Possibly even check each username against any "lolita" forums.

However, I do know that "any" site using Vb which is pointed towards kids needs something like this. Imagine the wave across the net you would create by doing, and supporting this. You have all the "Hacker Safe" stuff everywhere, how about "Predator Safe", or "Anti-Predator Securities"?
