Well the obvious question is why are you downloading so many things and not installing them ?

It's actually designed to show mods you have downloaded in the last month (only) but not marked as installed - to encourage/remind people to mark them. This is reflected in the list (in usercp) but not on forum/search displays atm, that bit got sidelined by the 3.6.6 upgrade, so you'll just have to put up with it until I add the time limit (at the weekend, unless I get time before).

JFYI, if you mark one as installed, and then mark it as uninstalled again, it will no longer show as downloaded (at least until you download it again).
