Help Me Locate a Hack - Please!

Greetings. A few weeks ago I was perusing VB mod sites. I found a hack that places a clear GIF over your image, so that if someone tries to download the image, all they get is the clear GIF. I thought for sure I bookmarked this, but cannot find it, anywhere.

Is anyone here familiar with this hack and could they possibly point me in the right direction?
