clear.gif not showing up

Has anyone had this problem? Or does anyone know why I'm getting the red "X" saying the image isn't present, when I clearly see it in its proper location when I FTP to it? Could it be a server configuration problem?

Also, I've only tested with IE and FF, and since FF won't show missing images, I never noticed it until I tested my site with IE.
