"Email this Page" Permission Errors

Morning:

I've got an issue with the "Email this Page" feature under Thread Tools. I have the "send to a friend" option enabled for the usergroup as well as E-mail Features turned on. However, when I click the e-mail link, I get the following:

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

This is quite funny considering I'm logged in under the administrator account. Can anyone help shed some light on how to fix this error? Thanks in advance!
