Spliting Vbulletin On 2 diffrent servers for speed

I want to run a classifieds and some garage software , But I dont want to run it on my .com for storage and speed reasons , Insted I purchased a .net and would like to run them on it and buy another server the vbclassifieds and the vbgarge look like they will work for me if i can get the user names to work when they travel between the sites ?

Would I have to buy another vbulleting licence ? if i did could the members cookies be held as they pass from the .com to the .net site?
