Default forbidden error
i get this error when trying to save changed in my common templates.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forum/admincp/css.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

can anyone help me out and tell me why i get this?
