is this mod available? Show latest topics on extern site kinda hack

This site is in spanish and used vbulletin.

you can see the hack in the middle of the site on the lower part of it.

What I like about it is that it shows FORUM name, Thread name, and time.

all of the mods I've seen so for just show the latest threads.

is this available, or a custom hack?
