Tachy Goes to Coventry on a per post basis

Is there a way to do a similar thing to "Tachy Goes to Coventry" but for a particular post and not all posts by one user?

I need to be able to put a certain post on global ignore except for the poster like the "Tachy Goes to Coventry" does for but I want to be able to do it only for that single one post and not all the posts by that user.
