Displaying Newest Category Posts In Subforum Listing

Hiya all,

While surfing around at many example styles, I often see the subforum listings having the newest thread listed as well (see Attachment 1)

But on my forum it always shows up with just the subforums listed (see Attachment 2)

Is this a configuration setting or perhaps a mod/style or perhaps it only shows threads that are newer then a certain date (I'm currently working with a 2 month old import of our existing forums)?

I am using the Cyb - Forumhome Sub-Forums Manager if that changes anything.
