Ok I am trying to use this conditional to show a users avatar if they have it enabled, and if they don't then show this....basically if they have an avatar show it then if not show the default one i have made...here is my code....This code is outside of the forums on a basic PHP page....I have included the vBulletin files needed to do this, but it's not working...I might have the conditional wrong...
