How to show URL and IMG code within a window.

IT's weird, I am not really a newb, but Ican not figure out how to do this (mind melt or something).

I am creating a VBAdvanced custom page so that users can copy/paste code of our site's signature file to put on other sites. I use the embeded [ url="" ][ img]....[ /img] [ /url] and then tried wrapping it in QUOTE or CODE brackets, but still it shows as the final product, instead of the code inside the window. It's bizarre. I know it should work fine inside code? no? What Am I doing wrong?
