Redirect after registration

I'd like users to be redirected to another URL after they have finished registration instead of being sent to the "Thank you for registering" page. Is there a way I can do this?

Alright I've looked through and not seen anythign in the templates, so I'm guessing it's something in register.php. I'm a little afraid to modify files though, so I'd like confirmation from someone else before I try editing files.

Another option is maybe to modify that final "thank you for registering" page and adding some js in to forward people to the other URL. I'm not sure if that part is in a template either or a different php file.
