skin modification!

Im having trouble with my shout box, the text box on it isn't large enough to view what the members are typing. on my skin theirs a "welcome back", "forum stats" and "forum spongers on the left of the page that prevents from the NavBar from stretching to side to side.

If I can get someone to modify the skin for me so that the NavBar can stretch from side to side and alight the original left content a little below from the original spot so it can accommodate my page.

I have included a Blue print and a Photoshopped preview of what the finished result should look like.
