Just for the record, there are better ways of explaining this to people than making them feel like jackasses. Those who want to learn how to administrate vBulletin forums will never learn with people like you around.
To the original poster, just try searching around vBulletin.org. There are quite a few threads that may interest you. Whether you want download databases where users can just look through file after file, or a system similar to vBulletin.org's as you can look through a forum of threads and then have discussions on each hack. It all depends on what you're looking for.
