Complusary Prefix: In Title

A method allowing the poster to select a prefix title to show a guest/member what they expect to find in that thread.

For example. When a user posts a thread. They have to select from a drop down box a prefix which is most relevant to their post. All options would be configured from admin forum manager.

For a poll there already is one:

Poll: Thread Title

So custom ones would be:

Debate: Thread Title
Questionnaire: Thread Title
Survey: Thread Title

I've tried it as a rule but obviously i knew no one would really follow it. This would neaten out the post display from looking like a car crash.
