500 usd reward for seperate attatchments mod!

I have looked and looked here and i cannot find exactkly what i need.

What i need:
Modification of attachment and upload function on vbulletin.
For now on 3.07 forum
Attachment file should be able access files on a seperate server and upload should upload to this server as well.

Basically option to have attachments on seperate server and that rest works as normal with permissions etc.

I will pay 500 usd to the one that gets me this mod, either you make it or just find it somewhere !
