subscribe to forum to recieve weekly posts

Hi

I am looking for a mod that will allow someone to subsribe to a forum/forums and recieve the posts on a weekly basis. ie

if people are posting in a northwest ads offered someone can quicky subscribe to that forum and they will recieve once a week/month all the threads posted. This would have to also be linked so they pay a fee to subscribe.

THis has to be a very simple process ie, an option in there control panel where they can tick threads to subscribe to.

i am prepared to pay for right application/mod
