Posting Link/URLs

Im looking to make it so when a user want to post a URL/Link you can hit the "insertURL" button and its asks you the name of the link (go here) then you type the real link (http://www.ect.com) then it dont shoe the full url just the name you named it in the post. How do i make this happen? It make the forums post much cleaner.
