VBulletin.Org Look - Please advise!

Hi all,

I am trying to achieve the Vbulletin Look with a header that reamains from CMPS portal page right through to the forum page. I am currently using an "I frame" and i know this is not right but unsure of how to achieve the desired look.

My site can be found at www.thechiefbaboon.com I am developing a contacts database etc so there will be more than 5 buttons at the top.
