Total Posts hack

In each thread the posts are listed by number in that thread. I would like to see some written where it says #xx out of #xx and make the 1st number clickable to take you back to that post.

Say you have a thread with 300 posts in it and you are on number 79. The author in that post refers you back to post number 60. The number of the post is in a pull down menu that allows you to select number 60 and takes you back to that post.
