Off the top of my head, it might not be too hard to do. Perhaps take the contents of a thread (1 thread), and let the dedicate button be the Post reply button of that particular (specific) thread. When someone clicks reply, the contents of the next post goes into the scrolling marquee. Just a thought. Lol, it may or may not work.
