Alright. I edited it again and removed a few more things. How's it look now?

The problem is that the original theme we modified has their "smallfont" cover much of the forum. Changing where it's used and placed will require some fiddling, but I'll look into it

Welcome at the top is kind of the point though I think, so any new guest will see it first thing and think about registering?
