The new(vb3.5) arcade is different than the old(vb3.0) arcade. The pacman.games.php file is uploaded to the admincp/games folder.

Then use the installer in the admincp to install the game. You can install multiple games at once.

After you upload the pacman.games.php file to the admincp/games folder, log into your admincp>v3 Arcade>Game Tools. There you will see the directions on what folders need to be chmodded.

From there all you have to do is click on "Start" in the v3 Arcade - Mass Game Import area.

Works like a charm
