I used to spend between 8 - 24 hours on my computer a day. Sometimes I'd go without sleep for 5 days or more and spend most of that time in this chair. Not healthy

Right now I'm spending maybe 3 hours on it a day, sometimes more. Some days I don't use it at all. It just depends on if I'm working or not. I also spend my weekends with friends more often these days.
