"User Added" quick links in Nav bar

It's a request from many of my members... They want to be able to add their own quick links in the navbar for easy site browsing. Very very handy when a site has a million sections and it's not exactly practical to put all of the links in the one navbar.

If they can add their own quick links, they can have the links THEY want in the nav bar! Anyone wonderful enough to whip something up?
