[Suggestion]Insert Forms pre-designed from Messages

I make a suggestion, if they could create a hack where you can enter evaluations or Ratings from a form pre-designed.

I explain, there are many forums where evaluations of services or products are made, but this is carried out "handmadely", bony by means of a copy >> complete >> past, that which discourages the users to send their messages. For that reason a MOD should be created that opens a window or pop up type form (only to complete) and these data go to the message that we are creating.

3.- Finished the task, with a click, the content of the pop up is placed to the message.


Additionally if these data could go to a database, it would be excellent.
