vB sql backup/restore problem.. please help?

sooo host wen't down.. everything lost.. sucks yeah. Anyways im trying to restore the vB database backup I had.. I install vbulletin... http://www.oz-anime.com/forums/
try to add the backup via phpadmin ... adds quite a few things.. but ends up showing a blank page... the board was hacked up a bit etc... but still should it be like this?

any idea? because if this backup is screwed . im screwed. I have one more.. but a week or so older.. it's doing the same thing.
