The three admins decide in a democratic way

Is the moderators involved?
-- yes on most things all mods are included to give suggestions and such, and even so the last descision lies in admin hand, if the staff majority is against or pro something we also did what the staff wanted, even if the admins aren't that keen on a special thing

nope, noone get paid in the entire staff
