Template Request (v2 Template)

Hey there.

People all around the vBulletin world use the old v2 template to make their forums look nicer. I was wondering if anyone would take the time to make this template for everyone to use so that we don't need to hire an advanced coder to do this.

What I want:
Make the vB3 Template look like the vB2 Template. Example:

Why I want it:
For a more professional looking forum and a cleaner feel.

When I want it:
Anytime you feel like doing this is when I want it

Who I want it from:
Anyone who feels up to doing this is fine, if you do a good job I'll use it. If you don't... better luck next time.
