Will Pay for ARAXIS Merge HELP!!!!

Ok, I'm trying to do the file comparison and have made several attempts at trying to get answers off another thread, https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...512#post912512 , but no one ever seems to answer.

I need help in trying to upgrade from 3.0.7 or .5 to the latest version of vbulletin on a heavily hacked page, but everything I try doesn't work.

Can someone PLEASE either help guide me in using Araxis Merge so that I can tell what to do or just simply do the upgrade/update FOR ME and I'll pay them because I can't seem to do it.

HELP PLEASE!!!!
