Date / time of original post & warning about replying to thread over 1 month old...

My members want to be able to see the date / time next that the thread was created next to the original posters name on forumdisplay and searches.

In addition, they want a warning if the thread is over 1 month old with a notice to start a new thread for best results.

Do either of these exist for 3.5.3? If not, is anyone working on them?
