Constructing the Navbar For Sublevels

I'm pretty happy I managed to right my first php scipt. I had done up my USERCP mode and decided to go futher and right my own subpages and own php re-write.

Um how do I constructe the navbar though for each subpage?

I used the tutorial on creating vb powered pages. And the two examples for the navbar aren't working for me.

Any help?
