In the admincp go to users > administrator permissions
then click on each user in turn and you can set what they have access to in the acp. I'm thinking that you haven't done this at any point so all they see is any hack menus and the basic menus like vboptions in there acp at the moment. you need to have superadministrator priviledges to be able to do this. This is set via the $superadminstrators variable in config.php |
