completely lost!

i just got my forum installed and i am going crazy. i have had php for a year and well versed in it, i wanted to upgrade to v so i could use it as my primary portal. i cant even figure out how to change my logo!

is there anyone that would be willing to install some plug ins and set this thing up for me?
